2009 membership notices have been mailed to your church.  If you did not receive a membership letter, please notify us or or download a membership form.  Complete the form and mail it with a check payable to "Conference Treasurer", memo "Media Center Membership."  Mail to:

Fees are based on membership size of the church, and are renewed annually.  The list below shows how your church's annual membership fee is determined:

• Under 50 members $40
• 51-100 members $45
• 101-150 members $55
• 151-200 members $60
• 201-300 members $70
• 301-400 members $80
• Over 400 members $90

There is an additional user fee that covers the cost of postage both ways. If a church is a member of the Regional Media Center the use fee per video/DVD is $6, if not a member the fee is $15.

Membership money is used to purchase new resources.  Some video and DVD programs cost around $300 for a series and can cost up to $880 for leadership training types programs.
